FAQs
What format should I submit my files in?
For mastering - all files must be submitted as 24bit WAV files and the sample rate should be 44.1 kHz.
Absolutely no limiting on your Master Bus. Only use compression and EQ if you are absolutely certain you can apply it skilfully, if unsure it is best not to use it.
Please leave headroom on your master. Your master channel should ideally not peak higher than -3dB.
How long does a master take to complete?
It’s dependant on a few things. Large compilations or albums can take up to 2/3 days. EP’s and shorter albums are usually a day for me to complete.
These timescales can vary due to busy periods but I always discuss time frames when taking on new work.
Urgent jobs / quick turnarounds can be accepted at extra cost.

I want to book in for mastering, but not sure if my mixes are ready - help!
If there is anything in your pre-master that may cause issues in the mastering process, I will suggest some changes if needed to be rectified before mastering can start.
I also offer mixing / stem mastering see prices above.
How will my master sound?
Every artists song will sound different but check out some of my previous work to get a feel for what we can achieve together.
How do I pay for services rendered?
Once we have discussed costs and schedule, and services are agreed, I will send you an invoice via email. If you are a UK based client a bank transfer to the details on the invoice is required. For any non-UK clients a pay pal link will be provided instead.
